Dr. Jensen M. Racho is the Principal Architect/ CEO of Racho Architects. He is a licensed Architect, Civil Engineer, Environmental Planner, Reg. Master Plumber, Materials Engineer and a Realtor.
In 1999, he established his Architectural Firm in Cebu just after he passed the Board Exam in Architecture and garnered 9th place. He graduated Cum Laude from the University of San Carlos in Architecture (1998) & Civil Engineering (2003). He was also a graduate of Master of Science in Environmental Planning (MSci. EM) in 2007 at the University of Southern Philippines.
In 2019, he was conferred the title Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D) in Technology Management at the Cebu Technological University.
In 2019, he was conferred the title "Fellow" of the United Architects of the Philippines (FUAP). He was the Past Chapter President in Cebu and Past District Director in Central Visayas Region.
In that the same year, he was also conferred as an ASEAN ARCHITECT by the Professional Regulatory Commission of the Philippines (PRC) with the specialization of Architectural Structure.
In 2018, he was awarded as the Outstanding Young Carolinian by the University of San Carlos.
In 2015, he was also awarded as one of the Ten Outstanding Cebuano and at the same time, he was also awarded as the Best District Director of Area C by the United Architects of the Philippines.
