The Monterrazas Home is located on the highland of Cebu City, Philippines. It is an exclusive gated community with a good view of the city. Tropical modern design inspired home with consideration on nature. Solar panels, skylights and thermal concrete walls all work together to trap heat and power this home. Non-toxic materials were used as well.

The Vista Grande Home is a house that features all green materials. Given a sleek modern interior, this home also features and underground tank used to store rain water to help reduce water costs. Solar panels were also added to the barn to assist with land maintenance and watering of plants.
